Responsibilities
include:
Source, Sell and
Close new home mortgage loans for refinances and
purchases through building a network of
realtors, CPA’s, financial planners, etc. Grow
and nurture a client referral database. Exercise
ethical and state-compliant business practices.
Requirements:
Education
– high school diploma, college degree preferred
Years Experience – 2 or more years mortgage industry experience preferred
Skills
– computer skills using encompass a plus, but
not necessary. Some phone etiquette experience
required. Prior face to face sales experience.
Some loan origination experience.
