Annual Dues Structure for
Mortgage Bankers and Brokers association of New Hampshire
(MBBA-NH)
National association of mortgage brokers (NAMB)
Please be advised that the
membership year runs from June 1 to May 31.
All new MBBA-NH company and NAMB Professional
Individual members, regardless of membership level, must
also pay a one-time, non-refundable application fee to each
association, which is
located at the bottom of this page.
MBBA-NH is the state affiliate of NAMB, and we are
pleased to sign you up as a NAMB member as well as a MBBA-NH
member. The following is important information you
should know about joining NAMB:
1. MBBA-NH requires its mortgage broker members,
holding only a mortgage broker license with the New
Hampshire Banking Department, to join NAMB
2. MBBA-NH offers all other members the option of
joining NAMB: mortgage bankers that have a
mortgage banker license with the New Hampshire
Banking Department, credit unions, community banks,
national banks, wholesale lenders, and affiliates
3. MBBA-NH membership is required for NAMB membership
4. Loan originators may join NAMB individually only
when the company for which they work have a NAMB

MORTGAGE
BROKERS: Mortgage Brokers Maintain a Broker License
only.
All Mortgage Broker Proprietors and Employees
are Required to Join both MBBA-NH and NAMB:

If you
maintain a broker license only, membership dues are based
on the following three scenarios:
1. If you are the sole proprietor of your business
without any other employees, your dues are:
a. $125/MBBA-NH and
$250/NAMB, plus two application fees: $25/MBBA-NH and
$25/NAMB.
2. If you are the proprietor of your business and you have
five (5) or less employees, your dues are:
(Please go to Number 3, if you are the
proprietor of your business and employ six (6)
or more employees.)
a. $125/MBBA-NH and
$250/NAMB for you,
the proprietor,
plus two application fees:
$25/MBBA-NH
and $25/NAMB.
b. $30/MBBA-NH and
$100/NAMB for each
employee up to five (5) employees.
3. If you are the proprietor
of your business and employ six (6) or more employees, your
dues are:
a. $300/MBBA-NH for you,
the proprietor,
and your six (6) or more employees, plus a $25
MBBA-NH application fee.
b. $250/NAMB for
you, the proprietor, plus a $25 NAMB application fee.
c. $100/NAMB for
each of your employees.

member and not renewing your membership, don't forget to scroll down to pay two, $25

AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP DUES:
If you provide a service or services to MBBA-NH regular
and mortgage brokers members, i.e., appraisers, credit
reporting agencies, private mortgage insurance
companies, title companies, title insurance companies,
etc., your fee is based on the following (scroll down to
pay a $25 application fee):

A non-refundable application fee is required with all new
MBBA-NH and NAMB applications.
