MEMBERSHIP: Dues

ANNUAL DUES STRUCTURE
(Membership year runs from June 1st through May 31st)

MBBA-NH is the state affiliate of the National Association of Mortgage Professionals (NAMB), and we are pleased to sign you up as a NAMB member as well as a MBBA-NH member.  The following is important information you should know about joining NAMB:

1. MBBA-NH offers all members the option of joining NAMB: mortgage brokers and mortgage bankers, which have a mortgage banker license with the New Hampshire Banking Department, credit unions, community banks, national banks, wholesale lenders, and affiliates
2. MBBA-NH membership is required for NAMB membership
3. Loan originators may join NAMB individually only when the company for which they work have a NAMB Professional Membership.

      1.  If you are a mortgage broker/sole proprietor without employees:     $150.00

2. If you are a mortgage broker with five (5) or less employees:            $245.00
3. If you are a mortgage Broker with 6+ employees:                              $395.00

National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) Membership
(Optional) to all members of MBBA-NH 

Platinum Membership (Previously the PROFESSIONAL MEMBER): Cost is $120.00 per year.
Membership in this classification shall be open to any individual in the residential mortgage field dealing
directly with the consumers, licensed as, registered as or exempt from licensing by their state, and
acting as or working for a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Banker or Mortgage Originator, as defined in
the Bylaws or who is authorized by their state to originate residential mortgage loans as a Mortgage
Broker or Mortgage Loan Originator. This classification shall be a voting member of the Association.
The Platinum Member shall also receive additional benefits such as No Cost or Low cost NAMB
Webinars, 10% savings on all NAMB Sponsored events registration fees, Eligible for inclusion into the
Lending Integrity Seal of Approval, Inclusion in a quarterly conference call with the NAMB President and
the Government Affairs Chair, recognition at NAMB Events, Monthly newsletters from NAMB, and
additional items that may be directed by the Membership committee going forward. This Membership
category will receive a Certificate with each membership.

Silver Membership (Previously the ASSOCIATE MEMBER): Cost is $50.00 per year. Membership in this
classification shall be open to any individual in the residential mortgage field dealing directly with the
consumer, licensed as, registered as or exempt from licensing by their state, and acting as or working for
a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Banker or Mortgage Originator, as defined by the Bylaws. It is also open
to all Mortgage Professionals which include Mortgage Loan Originators, Associate Members, and
Affiliate members and all other classifications that want to join the Association as a member. These
members shall also receive a Certificate of Membership; these members shall not have a vote in the
affairs of the Association, but may serve on committees.
