This is your big day as an exhibitor!  You will be exhibiting in the room where the breaks and cocktail reception take place on Wednesday, from 12:30 P.M. to 6:30 P.M.

Wednesday's attendees (members and non-members) will be charged $50 to attend the afternoon's sessions and marketplace cocktail reception.  We hope you take advantage of this opportunity to showcase your company.   

As an exhibitor, you will be provided a clothed 6-foot table and chair. The costs are $250/member and $350/non-member to exhibit.  Two (2) complimentary registrations for Wednesday only are included in the cost to exhibit.  There is a $50 fee for each additional booth attendee on Wednesday.  A 10% discount is offered when five (5) or more are registered for Wednesday only, excluding the two complimentary admissions offered to exhibitors.   Contact the MBBA-NH office, (603) 529-5001, for discount information.

If you are interested in updating the two (2) complimentary registrations to a full conference admission to include not only Wednesday's but Thursday's programs, there is an additional fee of $125/member and $200/non-member each.  Contact the MBBA-NH office (603-529-5001) if you wish to upgrade.  Otherwise, the full conference fee is $175/member and $250/non-member.

Exhibitor set up is from 11 A.M. to 12 P.M. on Wednesday.  Exhibitor breakdown is on Wednesday after 6:30 P.M., no exceptions.
