NEWS: 20 Hour SAFE Comprehensive Mortgage Loan Originator

   
 

20 Hour SAFE Comprehensive Mortgage Loan Originator:
Mortgage Lending Principles & Practices (Course Provider 1400374)
is being presented on Monday, march 12; Tuesday, March 13; and Thursday, March 15, 2012, at New Hampshire Housing, 32 Constitution Drive, East Entrance, Bedford, New Hampshire 03110. Registration and continental breakfast are from 8:00am to 8:30am  The course is from 8:30am to approximately 5:00pm.nmls2757

In order to become a licensed mortgage loan originator, you must first complete an NMLS approved pre-licensing course which in turn prepares you for the national and state SAFE act exams.  This complete course is not only for individuals wishing to fulfill the pre-licensing requirements of becoming a licensed mortgage loan originator, but it is also perfect as a refresher for employees of banks, credit unions, mortgage bankers , brokers, attorneys and real estate professionals wishing to learn more about the mortgage industry. The course discusses, in detail, the mortgage finance process as it relates to originating, processing, underwriting, closing, laws, disclosures, ethics, plus two hours on NH law as a bonus to help you prepare for New Hampshire's state test.
