8 Hour SAFE Continuing Education "Classroom". This course is approved by the NMLS to fulfill the annual SAFE Act continuing Education Requirement. (Course Provider 1400374/NMLS Course Number)
Presented on Tuesday June 12th and Wednesday October 3rd, 2012.

Location: New Hampshire Housing, 32 Constitution Drive, East Entrance, Bedford, New Hampshire 03110.

7:30am to 8:00am Registration and continental breakfast.
8:00am to approximately 5:00pm is the program.

Mortgage loan originators have to take 8 hours of continuing education by December 31st of each year. On a yearly bases, the SAFE Act calls for state-licensed MLO's to complete 3 hours of Federal Law and code; 2 hours of ethics including training in fraud, fair lending, and consumer protection issues; 2 hours of training dealing with lending standards for the nontraditional mortgage product market; and 1 hour of instruction in an undefined topic (maybe state specific depending on your state).
