Legislative Connection
The MBBA-NH provides a medium for input to the New Hampshire Banking Department and New Hampshire Legislature on regulatory policies and legislation. The MBBA-NH is a liaison with the Mortgage Bankers Association which works with Congress and Federal regulatory authorities to protect the vital interests of the mortgage industry. MBBA-NH works with the lobbying firm, Demers, Prasol & Thomas to be sure our needs and concerns are being heard by New Hampshire Legislators.
